NOVO Health Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business and AI Analyst to lead cross-functional projects and drive process- and technology-improvement initiatives on a company-wide basis, based out of our DuBois, PA office.

This role manages the scope, timeline, and budget of cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders across departments and providing regular status reporting to leadership. Within Finance and Accounting, this role also covers process, systems, and reporting initiatives, along with one-off projects where an extra hand is needed. The Business and AI Analyst additionally leads the “Gate 0” review and documentation process for proposed AI and process-improvement initiatives company-wide, maintaining the severity/demand matrix, documenting and evidencing each proposed workflow, and supporting tier and oversight-level determination on approved initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively across departments, and bring a working knowledge of AI tools and no-code platforms to help evaluate and support new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
•    Manage cross-functional projects within NOVO, including scope, timeline, and budget management
•    Coordinate stakeholders across departments to keep projects aligned and on track
•    Provide regular status reporting to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes
•    Identify and help resolve project roadblocks, escalating issues as needed to keep initiatives on schedule
Finance & Accounting Support
•    Support Finance and Accounting with process, systems, and reporting initiatives
•    Provide additional project support for one-off initiatives where an extra hand is needed
•    Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
AI & Process-Improvement Governance (“Gate 0”)
•    Lead the “Gate 0” review and documentation process for proposed AI and process-improvement initiatives on a company-wide basis
•    Maintain the severity/demand matrix used to evaluate and prioritize proposed initiatives
•    Document and evidence each proposed workflow to support a consistent, auditable review process
•    Support the determination of tier and oversight-level requirements for approved initiatives
Cross-Department Collaboration
•    Serve as a cross-department communicator and facilitator, enhancing collaboration and insights between departments
•    Build strong working relationships across departments to support alignment on project priorities and outcomes

Qualifications
Required
•    Bachelor's degree in Business required
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage scope, timeline, and budget across multiple initiatives simultaneously
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and report project status to leadership
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and process evaluation
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other standard business and reporting tools
•    Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across departments
Preferred
•    Experience with AI projects, including evaluating, piloting, or implementing AI-driven initiatives
•    Experience building no-code tools and agents
•    Experience supporting Finance and Accounting process, systems, or reporting initiatives
•    Experience with project or workflow documentation and governance processes (e.g., stage-gate review processes)

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
•    Primarily an office-based role with regular use of computer, phone, and video conferencing
•    Full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week); flexible hours as business needs require
•    Occasional travel between departments or facilities may be required
•    Ability to sit, use a computer, and manage detailed documentation for extended periods
