UVCyber is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Process Specialist for the United States Secret Service (USSS) contract, supporting the Department of Homeland Security. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance national security by analyzing, documenting, and optimizing critical OCIO processes that enable effective technology delivery and mission support. As a Process Specialist, you will serve as a key contributor to OCIO's continuous improvement initiatives, conducting deep-dive process analyses, identifying operational bottlenecks, and developing actionable recommendations that streamline workflows and improve operational performance. You will lead process-mapping efforts, facilitate root-cause analyses, and create future-state designs that deliver measurable gains in efficiency, consistency, and mission effectiveness. Working collaboratively with OCIO leadership, division chiefs, and operational teams, you will help transform how OCIO delivers technology services through disciplined process improvement and structured change management.
