  • Establish program frameworks, performance measures and reporting mechanisms to track progress and business outcomes of key initiatives

  • Coordinate multiple interdependent projects, managing risks, priorities, resources and stakeholder expectations to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Facilitate collaboration across operational, clinical, finance, technology and support teams to drive organisation-wide alignment.

  • Use data, analytics and business insights to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and growth.

  • Lead change management activities, ensuring initiatives are successfully embedded and adopted across the business.

  • Drive benefits realisation planning, measurement and reporting to ensure strategic initiatives deliver intended outcomes and value.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing positive change across the organisation

  • Strong project management and senior business analysis capabilities, with a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

  • Experience developing business cases, executive reports, performance frameworks and benefits realisation plans.
