This is a unique opportunity to help shape how we take our strategy to market. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into persuasive client narratives, sales enablement tools and practical go-to-market execution plans.
Operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment, you'll partner with Executive General Managers, General Managers and business leaders to ensure our strategy is clearly articulated, consistently communicated and effectively executed across our frontline teams. You’ll be working in a newly formed team, with an opportunity to shape your role and its impact.
You'll play a critical role in elevating banker capability, driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring our propositions are brought to life through compelling sales and client experiences.
On any given day, you will:
Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling and actionable go-to-market plans.
Partner with senior leaders to distil complex concepts into actionable client-focused narratives.
Develop executive-ready presentations, strategic packs and communication materials for leadership forums and client engagement.
Design and deliver sales enablement frameworks, playbooks, training materials and capability programs.
Ensure consistent articulation of our value proposition, competitive positioning and market strategy across the business.
Build pitch materials, client engagement frameworks and proposition messaging that support revenue growth and client outcomes.
Drive alignment between strategy, product, marketing and frontline sales teams.
Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple business units to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Coordinate execution planning and delivery against key strategic priorities.
Support banker capability uplift through coaching, tools, training resources and ongoing enablement initiatives.
Monitor market developments, competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Experience in strategy, product management, sales enablement, go-to-market execution or commercial management roles.
Strong financial services or banking knowledge, with an understanding of products, propositions and client engagement models.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience influencing and supporting senior executives across a broad remit, to drive enterprise-wide outcomes
The ability to distil complex information into compelling narratives and practical action plans.
High execution drive; pragmatic, outcome focused, and willing to deliver.
Experience developing executive presentations, strategy papers, sales materials and enablement resources.
Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of ownership, resilience and comfort operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Ability to prioritise workflows.
