• Own project workflows in Monday.com and Jira—from setup to sign-off

• Build and refine internal processes to improve speed and predictability

• Plan sprints, epics, timelines, and Gantt charts that actually work

• Communicate clearly with executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot and keep projects moving

• Assign roles and responsibilities so everyone knows what they own

• Run regular team meetings to track progress, solve challenges, and maintain momentum

• Document key decisions from client and stakeholder meetings for traceability and alignment

• 5+ years of technical experience in digital marketing, web development, and web technologies

• Hands-on experience with Webflow, Contentful (or another CMS), and JavaScript

• Prior experience in project development or management roles

• Full-cycle project management: coordinating deployments, content + code changes

• Experience managing creatives, engineers, and QA

• Strong accountability and project leadership—comfortable making decisions alongside developers, designers, and clients

• Webflow or WordPress build/management experience

• Working knowledge of SEO and analytics best practices (optimization strategies included)

• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively clear obstacles

• Startup or agile/scrum environment experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Can translate business requirements into technical requirements

• An instinct for benchmarking and optimization

Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing projects across Paid Media, Lifecycle, or other marketing channel projects

• Familiarity with multi-location businesses and GTM strategies

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot
