  • Resolving and responding to contractual related supplier issues and/or questions.
  • Meeting with legal counsel to clarify and negotiate complex sourcing contractual issues and or other supplier concerns.
  • Interpreting contractual rights and obligations to business partner and Category Sourcing Experts.
  • Serving as the primary SME and administrator for the Sourcing organizaztions’s Contract Digitization tool (DocuSign Insight/SEAL), providing cross-functional training, custom reporting (Legal, Privacy, TPRM), and key stakeholder support while leading operational initiatives such as the platform's cloud migration.
  • Ensuring that current Verizon standard language, including updated terms and conditions, is added to all contracts, as appropriate.
  • Managing supplier dispute resolution through formal or informal dispute resolution channels.
  • Reviewing and interpreting  Sourcing and Corporate policy requirements.
  • Consulting escalations to senior management of current and potential issues.
  • Managing and auditing CPNI operating procedures for US Sourcing organization to ensure compliance with the FCC CPNI rules.
