We are looking for an Investment Manager to help build Learn Corp's in-house investment and M&A capabilities as we expand into new industries and evolve toward a PE-like holding company. This role will work directly with the CSO to source, evaluate, structure, and execute investments and acquisitions. The ideal candidate has a strong Investment Banking, Private Equity, or M&A background and is interested in moving from an advisory role to a principal investment role, with greater ownership of investment decisions and long-term portfolio value creation.

What You’ll Drive

1. Deal Sourcing & Investment Opportunities

• Identify and screen potential acquisition and investment targets across multiple industries.
• Build relationships with founders, business owners, financial advisors, and intermediaries.
• Develop and maintain an active investment pipeline.
• Work with the Strategy team to evaluate opportunities aligned with Learn Corp's investment thesis.

2. Financial Analysis & Valuation

• Build detailed financial models, valuations, and investment return scenarios.
• Analyze business performance, financial statements, cash flow, and growth potential.
• Assess transaction structures, investment risks, and potential returns.
• Prepare investment presentations and recommendations for the CSO and Investment Committee.

3. M&A Execution

• Manage the investment process from initial screening through closing.
• Coordinate financial, legal, tax, commercial, and operational due diligence.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and deal documentation.
• Work with external advisors and internal stakeholders to execute transactions.

4. Portfolio Investment & Value Creation

• Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio investments.
• Evaluate follow-on investments and capital allocation opportunities.
• Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives.
• Assess potential exit options and long-term investment returns.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Development.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience in M&A transactions and due diligence.
• Good understanding of deal structuring and transaction processes.
• Ability to independently manage multiple investment opportunities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
