Position Overview 

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused, Chiropractor to join our community. This is an exciting opportunity for one who is passionate about subluxation-based chiropractic care, holistic wellness, and building meaningful relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities 

• Patient Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive consultations, new-patient examinations, re-examinations, and report-of-findings appointments to understand patient histories, concerns, and health goals. 

• Clinical Examination and Diagnostics: Perform general, neurological, and orthopedic assessments using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques, including digital X-rays, thermal scans, and postural analysis. 

• Individualized Care Planning: Develop personalized care plans based on clinical findings, patient needs, and functional health goals. 

• Chiropractic Adjustments: Deliver safe, appropriate, and effective adjustments using techniques such as Diversified, Omni Drop Tables, Arthropodology, and Activator methods. 

• Complementary Therapies: Evaluate and recommend additional services, when clinically indicated, including spinal decompression, active rehabilitation, and other therapeutic modalities. 

• Patient Education: Empower patients through education on posture, exercise, sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that support their overall wellness. 

• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely patient records while collaborating with administrative, billing, and collections teams as needed. 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with chiropractors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, multidisciplinary care. 

• Practice Development: Participate in appropriate in-clinic, digital, and community outreach initiatives that strengthen patient engagement and support practice growth.

Qualifications 

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. 

• Current, active chiropractic license in the state where the position is located. 

• Proficiency in subluxation-based chiropractic care and familiarity with a range of adjustment techniques. 

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education abilities. 

• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary healthcare. 

• A commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and high-quality patient care.
