Description

Coordinate business related activities for the E-invoicing project, supporting the local finance team from requirement phase to UAT conduction

Oversee all business aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing our internal processes for electronic invoicing

Serve as Link between Finance and IT supporting the translation of regulatory specifications into technical requirements

Embed change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable adoption.

Drive SAP template rollouts to new entities coordinating with central and local finance in a co-lead structure with Finance IT.

Oversee activities from scoping to implementation and support Unit and User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness.

Ensure change management and training for local accounting teams.

Contribute to other SAP related projects and initiatives on a need basis.

Master’s degree in business management, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a strong focus on Finance/Controlling.

Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Controlling, audit, consulting, or transformation roles, with a proven track record in leading Finance transformation programs, project portfolios, and cross-functional initiatives.

Very good understanding of Finance and Accounting procedures and processes, as well as processes along the supply chain.

Experience within the consumer goods industry is a plus.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and finance system landscapes (i.e. P2P & Planning tools)

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and follow up on complex projects.

Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across functions and seniority levels.

Structured and detail-oriented working style, ensuring accuracy in financial data, project documentation, and deliverables.
