Description
We have been retained by a new casino resort in search of their next hospitality leader. They are expanding their hospitality offerings with the opening of an upscale hotel and a diverse collection of dining outlets. As an integral part of the executive team, we are seeking a motivated and inspirational professional who has the passion to shape and develop the team and property from the ground up.
The Vice President of Hospitality will implement strategies and competitive offers to continually improve hospitality, hotel, and food & beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of planning, cost analysis, budgets, timing, and schedules, critical to the successful execution of action plans to maximize revenue while staying true to brand standards and the hotel and food & beverage concepts. The position reports directly to the Executive Vice President.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field
- At least eight years of senior management experience in food and beverage and hotel administration in a high volume, complex environment
- Previous experience managing hotel operations with 200+ rooms
- Familiarity with alcohol licensing and related programs
Salary Range: $225,000 - $275,000; maximum range is flexible, commensurate with experience
