Job Overview
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is focused on creating an exceptional replacement window and door experience for homeowners. As part of the Marvin family of brands, we combine premium products with a strong commitment to our customers.
We’re looking for an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to lead event marketing efforts within an assigned market. This role owns the full event lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and building partnerships to executing events and measuring results. You’ll work independently and cross-functionally to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition through high-impact local events.
Highlights of your role
- Develop and execute local event marketing strategies.
- Identify and evaluate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
- Own event planning, budgets, logistics, vendors, and execution.
- Build strong relationships with Costco stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and community partners.
- Coordinate event staffing and resources with internal teams.
- Track lead generation, conversion, revenue contribution, and ROI.
- Use performance data to improve programs and recommend future investments.
- Ensure a consistent brand and customer experience across events.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of event, field, experiential, or partner marketing experience.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel and occasionally support evening/weekend events.
- Ability to move event materials up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
