About the Role
The Manager, Insights & Analytics is responsible for driving strategy with data and actionable insights across the Tampa Bay Rays project. This role owns the data foundation, the CRM ecosystem, and the analytics that connect them, turning ticketing, sponsorship, and fan behavior data into decisions that grow revenue across ticket sales, sponsorship, and marketing.
The Manager partners with Sponsorship, Ticketing, Marketing, and Rays leadership to understand and document business objectives, then conducts full lifecycle activities including requirements analysis and design, data pipeline and model development, reporting and insights delivery, and ongoing monitoring and quality control to continuously improve the overall data ecosystem.
