Role Overview:
As a Senior Client Operations Associate, you will independently own increasingly complex affiliate operations work from intake through completion. You will combine advanced knowledge of CJ tools and workflows with strong client communication, disciplined SLA management, and leadership through influence—supporting critical requests, coaching teammates, and driving process improvements that strengthen the client journey.

Responsibilities
- Own complex operations: Manage cases, queues, and non-standard requests end to end, prioritizing work and meeting client SLAs with accuracy.
- Apply advanced tool and process knowledge: Offer essential support with affiliate marketing campaigns, managing everything from asset management to communication and performance tracking, reporting to troubleshoot, guide, and escalate effectively.
- Communicate clearly: Work professionally with internal teams, advertisers, publishers, and partners while setting expectations and flagging risks early.
- Improve quality and efficiency: Follow best practices, validate work carefully, support automation, and suggest practical process improvements.
- Enable the team: Support onboarding, training, coaching, ticket distribution, and team coverage.
- Collaborate and lead by influence: Partner across functions, take ownership, contribute to initiatives, and act on feedback to improve results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations/client service experience; ideally 2–4 years in a client-facing role.
- Strong ability to manage complex requests independently, solve problems, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce, JIRA, basic HTML, or similar tools preferred.
- Continuous-learning mindset with interest in coaching, automation, and practical process improvement.
