About the role:
As Bar Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times. You’ll lead by example on service, oversee stock and standards, and help train and motivate junior team members. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute creatively to the drinks offering.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bar experience at supervisor or senior bartender level

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines

• A natural leader with great communication skills

• High standards and attention to detail

• A positive, hands-on attitude and passion for hospitality

• Desire to develop and progress within the industry
