Bar Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality Venue (Live-In Available)

The role:
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day bar operation, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a great guest experience at all times. This is a visible leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, motivates a team, and takes pride in delivering consistency.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting the bar team during service

• Maintaining exceptional standards of drinks preparation and presentation

• Managing stock, ordering, and cellar organisation

• Training and developing junior team members

• Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations

• Driving a positive, professional team culture

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or strong Senior Bartender ready to step up

• Solid knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits

• A natural leader with strong communication skills

• Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset

• High standards and attention to detail
