Detectar oportunidades, aportar soluciones y generar negocio que impulse el crecimiento de TIBA y de nuestros clientes. Porque detrás de cada operación de éxito hay una gran oportunidad comercial.

What will your functions be?

✅ Impulsar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, identificando clientes potenciales y desarrollando relaciones que generen valor a largo plazo.

✅ Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en la construcción de soluciones logísticas competitivas y adaptadas a las necesidades del mercado.

✅ Elaborar y realizar el seguimiento de propuestas comerciales, convirtiendo oportunidades en nuevos proyectos y clientes.

✅ Negociar con proveedores estratégicos para diseñar ofertas diferenciales y participar activamente en iniciativas de prospección, generación de leads y desarrollo de negocio.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia previa en empresas transitarias y/o consignatarias, preferiblemente en transporte marítimo.
• Formación en Comercio Internacional, Logística, Transporte o áreas afines.
• Manejo avanzado de herramientas Office.
• Nivel de inglés medio-alto.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
• Orientación a resultados y visión comercial.
• Capacidad para identificar oportunidades y aportar soluciones de valor a los clientes.
