Job Title: Account Manager - Ingredient Processing \- Europe
Location: Austria \- open to other European locations (Netherlands, Germany, France)
The Account Manager – BCIP Europe is responsible for driving profitable growth across a defined portfolio of customers within the Baking, Confectionery & Ingredient Processing (BCIP) segment.
The role centers on accelerating growth in Ingredients Processing through strong customer engagement, proactive opportunity development, and effective execution of regional commercial strategies.
Your key responsibilities:
- Own and develop a portfolio of customers, driving profitable growth and long-term partnerships
- Build and execute account plans aligned with BCIP regional strategy
- Identify, develop and convert a robust sales pipeline in CRM (Atlas)
- Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract management in line with company guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer projects and win new business. Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insight generation to support decision-making

- In Austria, we offer a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 54.642 with the possibility of increase depending on qualifications and experience.
You bring:
- 5 -10 years’ experience in commercial account management preferably within the ingredient processing industry.
- Strong technical understanding of ingredients and their applications, with the ability to discuss customer needs and collaborate with technical teams.
- Curiosity and learning agility – constantly seeking new insights, trends, and customer needs
- Courage to challenge – not afraid to push boundaries, bring new thinking, and question the status quo
- A strong hunter mindset – proactively creating opportunities and driving new business growth
- Clear ownership and accountability – delivering on commitments and taking responsibility for results
- A structured, disciplined approach to pipeline, forecasting, and execution
- Strong external focus – building trust with customers while identifying and capturing growth opportunities
