What you offer
- University degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively relevant professional experience in a quality-related aviation environment
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, FAA and TCCA regulations
- Auditing experience is an advantage
- Good understanding of aviation maintenance processes and quality management systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good command of written and spoken German
- Good MS Office and general IT skills
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working approach
These are your tasks
- Plan, prepare and coordinate customer, authority, internal, vendor and subcontractor audits
- Monitor, track and follow up audit findings and related corrective actions
- Manage occurrence reporting processes and support occurrence investigations
- Conduct risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain and improve quality, compliance and management system documentation, including MOE procedures and supplements
- Manage licensing and authorization documentation
- Support the administration and development of quality-related IT systems and training platforms
- Conduct quality-related trainings in cooperation with operational departments
