職務内容

担当エリアのお客様を受け持ち、社内メンバーと協力しながら営業活動を行っていただきます。

• 担当エリアにおける売上拡大に向けた営業活動
• 大手企業から中堅企業まで、幅広いお客様への提案活動
• お客様のご担当者や意思決定に関わる方々との信頼関係づくり
• お客様の課題やご要望を丁寧に聞き取り、新たな提案につなげる業務
• アプリケーションエンジニア、代理店、内勤営業など社内外との連携
• 商談から導入まで、安心していただける対応の実施

チームで進める仕事のため、すべてを一人で任せることはありません。

応募資格・歓迎条件

• 営業職としてのご経験がある方

（電子計測機器をはじめ、関連業界での営業経験をお持ちの方は特に歓迎）

• 技術や製品知識を身につけながら、長期的なキャリアを築きたい方
• 社内の技術部門・サポート部門と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
• 電子機器、半導体、製造業など、技術系マーケットでの営業経験がある方
• 民間企業、官公庁、大学・研究機関向けの営業経験があれば尚可
• 新しいお客様との関係づくりに前向きに取り組める方
• お客様との継続的な関係構築を大切にできる方
• 成果を正当に評価される環境で、次のステージに挑戦したい方
• Microsoft Officeなどのビジネスツールを活用できる方
• 担当エリア内での出張に対応可能な方
• 工学系または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方は歓迎
• 経験豊富なメンバーから学びながら、着実に成長していきたい方
