As Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for making sure that co-packing projects for Bakery & Chocolate category for CEE market are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, execution, and the completed project’s readiness to go live. In this role, you'll connect functions, solve problems, and keep projects moving fast.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of each project
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to relevant stakeholders
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings
• Lead project timeline planning and management
• Confirm the completion of projects and their readiness to go live
• Drive continuous improvement of the processes
