Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly reviewing and integrating diverse application requirements that span functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational aspects. The role requires careful consideration of technical architecture needs and active participation in shaping final decisions related to hardware, network products, system software, and security measures. This position demands collaboration across various teams to ensure cohesive and robust architectural solutions that align with organizational goals and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CommerceTools Commerce Platform.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure enterprise-level architectures.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend hardware, network, and system software solutions.
- Experience in integrating cross-functional requirements into cohesive technical designs.
- Skilled in assessing security implications and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
