What you’ll do
⦿ *Service Administration:* Operate SAP CS to create, manage, and update service transactions ensuring accurate and timely processing. Release orders in SAP for scheduling and maintain functional locations, equipment, BOMs, and installed base linkage. Daily tasks include registering service enquiries, creating quotations, processing contracts, and managing billing transactions. Success means seamless service execution with high data accuracy and compliance.
⦿ *Operational Support:* Monitor service costs, captured hours, and work in progress (WIP) in collaboration with Service Managers and Engineers. Track service on-time delivery (OTD) and identify improvement opportunities. Liaise with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution. Travel may be required occasionally to plant sites as needed.
⦿ *Customer and Engineer Engagement:* Engage daily with service engineers to review job status, expedite spare part shortages, and provide professional service order status feedback to stakeholders.
⦿ *System and Financial Administration:* Maintain correct system status for service orders, perform results analysis and settlement activities, and close service orders daily to ensure financial accuracy.
⦿ *Reporting and Data Management:* Support service OTD and output forecasting, provide management with insights on trends and opportunities, and maintain document control compliance to ensure audit readiness.
⦿ *Safety First:* Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
⦿ Grade 12
⦿ Minimum 3 years’ experience with strong end-to-end understanding of service order administration.
⦿ Experience in working on Ariba and Coupa will be advantageous
⦿ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (essential).
⦿ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a dynamic approach.
⦿ High level of accuracy and great attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves:
⦿ Commercial awareness and understanding of service processes.
⦿ Experience working in a mining or industrial service environment.
⦿ Ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions and teams.
⦿ Familiarity with financial processes related to service delivery.
