Job Description
Key Accountabilities
The responsibilities of this role may evolve to meet the needs of Allsaved Ltd and its clients, with key accountabilities
including:
● Client & Colleague Support
○ Act as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, managing enquiries relating to quotes and
tenders via telephone and email.
○ Provide day-to-day support to engineers as required to enable prompt and effective execution of their
work.
○ Assist colleagues and managers to promote efficient operations and client satisfaction.
○ Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners through
communication, collaboration, and training.
● Duties
○ Create and ensure all quotes for the business (new client enquiries, remedial quotations and
additional service quotes) are followed through in a timely manner and ensure opportunities for new
business are not lost.
○ Chasing of open client quotations via phone and email.
○ Scheduling site surveys with our Project Management team and liaising with the end client.
○ Liaising with contractors and suppliers to aid the creation of quotations.
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales opportunities, client interactions, quotations, and
project information within the CRM system.
○ Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is captured and
communicated to the relevant team.
○ Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement, propose
solutions, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Standards & Compliance
○ Represent Allsaved’s brand through high personal and professional standards.
○ Complete work within scheduled timeframes and required quality standards.
○ Stay informed of relevant legislation, organisational policies, and codes of conduct.
○ Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental Health and Safety standards, including PPE, accident
reporting, and internal safety protocols.
○ Promote equality and diversity, showing respect to all clients and colleagues.
● Other Responsibilities
○ Perform additional duties as required to support the business’s success.
Financial Management
● Operate within budget parameters to maintain financial accountability.

Person Specification
Knowledge & Expertise
● In-depth knowledge of organisational systems, procedures, and policies in a relevant area (essential).
● Proficiency in IT and management systems, including handheld devices, for accurate data entry (essential).
● Awareness of the Fire Safety Industry’s standards and responsibilities (essential).
Qualifications
● GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (desirable).
● Full UK driving licence (desirable).
Experience
● Minimum of 2 years experience in the fire industry (essential)
● Sales experience (desirable but not essential)
Skills
● Ability to organise and prioritise tasks efficiently.
● Strong organisational and planning skills.
● Work effectively both alone and as part of a team, assisting colleagues and management.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and other relevant software for data and word processing.
● High-level literacy and numeracy, with clear presentation of information in verbal, written, or electronic
formats.
