Legal Intern with the Competition Law team
The internship within the competition law team will give you the opportunity to work with all the Disney business units, including Disney+, content distribution, consumer products, Studio distribution, sports and Parks & Experiences. From our London office, you will support the EMEA (European, Middle East & Africa) and APAC (Asia Pacific) teams, and work with our colleagues in the Americas, giving you truly international experience.
You will work on a mix of advisory (non-contentious) work, litigation, investigations, mergers/joint ventures and training.
No prior knowledge of competition law is needed, but the internship would suit those with an interest in business strategy and how different industries work.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Responsibilities
- Developing guidance for the business based on past advice, including presentations, guidance notes and ‘playbooks’
- Market research into industry developments (e.g. the impact of mergers or the importance of sports rights)
- Gathering information within the business to respond to requests for information from regulatory authorities
