Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns, analyze marketing data, and drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies. This role requires expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, cost-per-click (CPC) analysis, and campaign ROI tracking. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with spreadsheets, able to track performance on a weekly scale, and can confidently present actionable insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and meet business goals.• Analyze Google Analytics data to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.• Monitor and optimize CPC, CPA, and ROAS to ensure efficient ad spend.• Create and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to track and report on campaign performance.• Present weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to internal teams.• Work with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies for maximum visibility.• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.• Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features. Required Skills & Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or a related role.• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and visualization.• Ability to measure and interpret CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI metrics.• Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they intersect with paid advertising.• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.• Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic advertising.• Familiarity with BI tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
