Lynbrook, NY + one day per week in Manhattan
Construction & Realty Services Group supports commercial construction and development projects with compliance, engineering, labor, and site safety services. You will become part of its day-to-day operation as its familiar IT presence, handling most support independently while remaining connected to the broader Flexible IT team when additional experience or resources are needed.
This is a mid-level role for someone with at least two years of professional IT support experience and a solid technical foundation.

The Role
Flexible IT is hiring an experienced Technology Specialist to work full-time with Construction & Realty Services Group (CRSG). You will be employed and supported by Flexible IT, but CRSG will be your day-to-day workplace. You will spend four days per week at CRSG's Lynbrook office and one day at its Manhattan office, approximately an eight-minute walk from Grand Central.Construction & Realty Services Group supports commercial construction and development projects with compliance, engineering, labor, and site safety services. You will become part of its day-to-day operation as its familiar IT presence, handling most support independently while remaining connected to the broader Flexible IT team when additional experience or resources are needed.

What You Will Do
- Serve as CRSG's primary day-to-day technology resource.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Azure, and general end-user issues.
- Configure and support computers, applications, and peripherals.
- Own requests from the initial report through resolution.
- Keep users informed and document your work clearly.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve CRSG's technology environment.
- Work with the broader Flexible IT team when an issue requires reinforcement.
What We Are Looking For
- At least two years of professional IT support experience.
- Experience supporting users in a business environment.
- The ability to resolve common technical issues independently.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows computers, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment, organization, documentation, and follow-through.
- Curiosity about using AI responsibly to solve problems and improve how you work.
- Managed Service Provider experience is helpful but not required.
