A leading global technology organisation is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join its growing team in Dubai, UAE.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing software engineering team.
- Drive the design, development and delivery of modern software products.
- Partner with Product, Design and Operations to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Champion engineering best practices, Agile delivery and technical excellence.
- Oversee project delivery, team performance, recruitment and continuous improvement.
- Support cloud-first, secure and scalable technology initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ software development experience.
- 2+ years’ experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on background in C#/.NET or Flutter.
- Experience with Azure or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have:
- Experience within a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
- Data-driven mindset with an interest in emerging technologies.
