Within Tribe Home, we support customers in key life moments such as buying, renovating or refinancing their home. Mortgage lending is a core anchor product in the banking relationship and a key advisory moment.
As data analyst mortgages, you are part of the Strategy, Value proposition and Sales Performance team within the Tribe.
This team is responsible for
- market insights and the commercial strategy for mortgages, balancing volumes, margins and RoE
- monitoring the product mix and portfolio, as well as steering the conversion in the customer journey
- monitoring and steering the conversion in the customer journey.
- designing and steering the sales orchestration
- challenging the pricing grid to maximize conversation and profitability.
- defining and prioritizing the value proposition roadmap
Your Scope & key responsibilities
You will:
- Support market insights as well as production and portfolio monitoring to monitor the success of the commercial strategy
- Design build and maintain, sales dashboarding and reporting covering the scope of Record Credits and ING Mortgages
- Apply advanced analytical skills, capabilities, and techniques to execute in-depth analysis on our customer data
- Communicate insight and recommendations to your stakeholders: apply visualization techniques, adapt storyline and message to the needs
- Execute campaign targeting and design to achieve commercial objectives, analyse campaign performance with recommendation for optimizing
How to succeed
We are looking for a mature analyst who combines strong analytical skills with commercial acumen, helping the tribe optimise digital customer journeys, improve conversion, monitor sales performance and drive data-informed product decisions.
More specifically, we look for:
- Completed Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Cognos
- Past experience tracking (digital) sales KPIs, volumes, and familiarity with funnel analytics
- Experience with customer segmentation and personalization
- Proven business acumen, connecting insights with commercial objectives, product strategy or customer value
- Strong drive to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and independently propose data-driven improvements to business performance
- Personal interest in keeping track of what is happening in the local and European lending market
- Experience working in agile product teams
- fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strongly viewed asset.
