1.     Review and Process Japan T&E payments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

2.     Invoice processing and match in Coupa System for China

3.     Coordinate with internal and external audit

4.     To be the coordinator on behalf of finance with commercial team.

5.     Other adhoc for AP work

Qualifications:

1.     Finance or accounting bachelor education background; 3 years or above of accounts payable related experience.

2.     Good communication skill both in speaking and writing in English and Japanese

3.     Strong & matured interpersonal skill.

4.     Good attitude towards working.

5.     Effective working style, result oriented.

6.     Quick learning with team working spirit.
