Role purpose
The Chapter Lead, AI Enablement and Execution will lead the adoption and uplift of AI capability across Change & Delivery, the CoE and the broader businesses we support. This role will identify practical AI opportunities, define the tools and skills required, and lead the coaching, training and support needed to embed AI into everyday ways of working. The role is responsible for turning AI ambition into practical execution, helping teams use AI responsibly to reimagine how change is delivered, uplift quality, unlock new possibilities and create better experiences for colleagues and customers.
Key responsibilities

Identify high-value AI use cases across change, delivery, communications, reporting, insights, planning, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
Translate opportunities into practical implementation plans, adoption activities and measurable outcomes.
Partner with senior leaders, business teams, technology, data, risk and governance stakeholders to support safe and effective AI adoption.
Build AI capability
Assess current maturity, capability gaps and adoption barriers across teams.
Define the AI tools, skills and proficiency levels required for different roles and teams.
Lead the design and delivery of coaching, training, playbooks, guidance and communities of practice.
