Job Summary
The UKG (Kronos) IT Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate workforce scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and labor management. The analyst also supports integrations with Workday as the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ADP and Ceridian Dayforce payroll systems, and leverages ServiceNow for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) including Timekeeping, Scheduling , Attendance , Accruals , Leave Management, Labor Management, and Workforce Analytics
- Support integrations between UKG, Workday HRIS, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces to ensure timely and accurate employee, payroll, and labor data processing.
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, service requests, problem management, change requests, and knowledge articles while meeting established SLAs.
- Analyze business requirements and configure UKG pay rules, work rules, schedules, labor levels, and accrual profiles.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations teams to support workforce management processes.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Develop and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics using UKG reporting tools.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, regression testing, and production deployments.
- Support employee lifecycle data synchronization between Workday and UKG.
- Maintain system documentation, process flows, technical specifications, and knowledge base articles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience supporting UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow for incident management, change management, service catalog requests, and workflow management.
- Strong understanding of workforce management, payroll processing, and HR business processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
