Join our team as a Senior Program Manager at CASE Management Consulting!
Compensation: $102,880–$141,900 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and other business-related considerations.
Position Status: This position is being recruited in support of a pending Federal contract opportunity. Any offer of employment is contingent upon contract award.
The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and program management support for a Federal Government client. This position is responsible for leading complex initiatives, partnering with Government stakeholders, improving organizational performance, implementing operational solutions, and ensuring successful execution of program objectives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program management professional with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate executive-level collaboration, support organizational transformation initiatives, and deliver high-quality results within a dynamic federal consulting environment.
Your Impactful Duties:
- Lead complex programs and projects from planning through execution.
- Define program objectives, requirements, implementation strategies, and performance measures.
- Meet program schedules, milestones, and performance objectives while ensuring successful project execution.
- Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, information analysis, and cost-benefit analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Develop recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, organizational performance, and mission success.
- Coordinate work efforts across multiple projects to achieve common organizational objectives.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve program risks, issues, and challenges while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, recommendations, and status updates for Government leadership.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration with Government stakeholders.
- Lead organizational transformation, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational staffing initiatives, as required.
- Implement and enhance program management tools, reporting solutions, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive program support.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to junior consultants and project teams.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.
Knowledge of:
- Business analysis and cost-benefit analysis methodologies.
- Executive stakeholder engagement and facilitation techniques.
- Federal consulting practices and customer engagement.
- Federal program and project management principles.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting Federal Government agencies.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
