Description
Munich | Hybrid | Working Student | 20 hours/week | Team: Customer Enablement | €16–17/hour
The role
Our Customer Enablement team helps customers get started with Alasco, answers their questions, and supports their ongoing work with the product. The team works where real estate finance, construction processes and AI meet.
We are improving the way we handle support, onboarding and data. This includes AI-supported Help Center content, onboarding materials, and workflows that reduce recurring manual work. You will support these projects while taking on work that matters in the team’s daily operations.
You should bring practical curiosity about AI and automation. Maybe you have built a small workflow, tested an agent, or improved a prompt setup. The project does not need to be perfect. What matters is that you tried something, learned from it, and can explain your choices.
What you’ll do
- Quality-check AI-generated content: Review Help Center articles and customer-facing texts. You will spot incorrect or unclear content, with particular attention to German language quality.
- Spot automation opportunities: Identify recurring manual tasks and work with the team to assess automation options using tools such as Make, n8n, or Langdock.
- Support AI agent maintenance: Work with existing agents, for example for onboarding slides and support responses. You will flag issues, suggest improvements, and help prepare outputs for customer use.
- Prepare customer materials: Set up demo projects, create onboarding slides, and support other customer-facing work across Customer Enablement and Go-to-Market teams.
- Keep data workflows running: Import, update, and check data in our systems. This takes around five hours per week today and we want to reduce manual steps over time.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences. Your field of study is less important than your approach to learning and problem-solving.
- You have tried AI or automation tools in practice, for example by building a workflow, testing prompts, or creating a small agent. You can walk us through what you did and what you would improve next time.
- You write and speak German confidently. You will review customer-facing content and sometimes communicate with German-speaking B2B customers in the construction industry, where precise wording matters.
- You communicate early when something is unclear, blocked, or off track, and you follow through on your commitments.
- You are comfortable learning new tools and working with colleagues from Customer Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management.
Nice to have
- You have used automation, CRM, or support tools such as Make, Zapier, Langdock, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools.
- You have studied or worked with business, real estate, construction, or finance topics. This can help you understand our customers’ day-to-day work more quickly.
What we offer
- €500 learning & development budget per year + 1 dedicated L&D day
- Up to 4 weeks workation per year
- Navit or Wellpass subsidy (€40/month): Your choice of mobility or wellness
- Regular company and team events.
- Access to the AI tools we use in daily work, including Langdock and Claude.
- Early exposure to customer onboardings, support calls, and agent improvements. You will see how your work is used in the team and with customers.
- Flexible hours that fit your university schedule. During exam periods, working around 10 hours per week is possible.
