Responsibilities:
Administrative support for all HR-related tasks (e.g. preparing employment contracts, HR announcements, works council hearings and much more) as well as maintaining master data in SAP
Administration of employee development activities
Active support in recruiting and onboarding processes
Independent planning and coordination of medical examination appointments with the occupational health service
Support with payroll-related matters
Active support on selected topics and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a degree program such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on human resources management, labor law, or education
Previous experience as a working student is preferred, ideally in the field of human resources or labor law
Independent, dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented work style
Quick learner, trustworthy, and highly responsible, combined with a strong willingness to communicate
Proficient in MS Office programs
Fluent in written and spoken German
Good written and spoken English skills
