Customs & Trade Compliance Manager__
Your Role & Responsibilities
Would you like to take on responsibility for export control and customs topics in an international environment? Join our team and help ensure compliance with global trade regulations while supporting secure and efficient business operations.
In this role, you will perform export control reviews of business transactions and ensure compliance with relevant national, European, and international regulations. You will also manage export control licenses and contribute to the further development of internal guidelines, work instructions, and processes in the areas of export control and customs.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
Further:
Preparing analyses, reports, and documentation for internal audits, management, and external authorities
Participating in cross-functional projects to optimize and further develop export control and customs processes
Supporting the customs team in preparing import- and export-related documents and statistics, as well as maintaining customs- and foreign trade-related master data and records
Ensuring proper, complete, and audit-ready documentation of all export control- and customs-related activities

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Basic knowledge of export control and trade compliance
Structured, careful, and well-organized way of working
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Good communication skills and interest in working with different functions
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and GTS knowledge is an advantage
Experience with documentation and administrative processes is a plus
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
High integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3.888,53 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
