The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
- Supporting Zscaler’s Go-To-Market (GTM) growth by focusing on strategic projects and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA GTM organization.
- Define and deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate key business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success and quarterly business reviews, providing key insights and outcomes.
- Annual planning for GTM including quota, territory, HC planning, cross functional support etc.
- Develop key strategic insights to drive efficiencies across the GTM organistation.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive clear insights on business problems
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
