Principais atividades:

  • Acompanhar o fluxo completo de pedidos (E2E)
  • Identificar e atuar na resolução de inconsistências no processo
  • Mapear, revisar e propor melhorias nos processos de Order Management
  • Monitorar indicadores da área (SLA, backlog, lead time, entre outros)
  • Elaborar relatórios e apresentações para suporte à tomada de decisão
  • Atuar de forma integrada com áreas como Vendas e Logística
  • Contribuir com iniciativas de melhoria contínua

Requisitos:

  • Excel (intermediário/avançado)
  • PowerPoint
  • Power BI (diferencial)
  • Graduação completa
  • Inglês intermediário (diferencial)
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em sábados alternados das 09:00 ás 13:00.
