Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The Technology Architect collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system robustness and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align architecture with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously assess and improve architectural frameworks to support evolving business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agentic Design.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience with solution definition to meet complex capability requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Skilled in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Proficient in evaluating emerging technologies and incorporating them into architectural strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agentic Design.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
