Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement architectural frameworks is a key part of daily activities, ensuring robust and adaptable technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components into cohesive solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in solution definition to meet complex capability requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges in dynamic environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
