As a Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist at milk + honey, you’ll provide personalized massage therapy tailored to each guest’s needs. Through thoughtful consultations and skilled techniques in a carefully prepared treatment room, you’ll help relieve tension, promote relaxation, and create a restorative spa experience. No need to bring your own guests—our front desk team and online booking help build your schedule with guests already visiting our locations. Ongoing training and continuing education support your professional growth, while benefits support your well-being beyond the treatment room.

What you’ll do

• Provide Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, along with prenatal and hot stone massage following appropriate training
• Tailor each session to the guest’s needs, preferences, and comfort
• Conduct consultations to understand guest goals and adjust your approach throughout the session
• Prepare and maintain a clean, welcoming treatment room that supports a relaxing guest experience

What you’ll bring

• A current massage therapy license or certification required for the location
• Six months of professional hands-on experience preferred
• A commitment to personalized guest care and continued professional development

Pay + career growth

• $53–$57 per service hour, including average gratuity
• Keep 100% of your gratuities

Schedule

This role requires availability for morning and evening shifts, including at least one weekend day each week—Saturday or Sunday. Specific days and shift start times vary by location and available position.
