Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

At Cronos Europa, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our internal Marketing team and contribute to strengthening our brand visibility, positioning and engagement.

You will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across different channels, combining content creation, campaign coordination, brand communication, market insights and performance tracking. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our communications are consistent, engaging and aligned with our business objectives.

This is an internal corporate position within Cronos Europa, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to how our organisation and services are presented to both internal and external audiences.

Your responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print and events.
• Create, adapt and distribute marketing content and promotional materials across different channels.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice, visual identity and overall brand communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities and communications across different touchpoints.
• Contribute to market research, trend monitoring and competitor analysis.
• Collect and analyse campaign feedback and engagement data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor relevant marketing KPIs and contribute to campaign reporting and post-campaign reviews.
• Support the use of marketing and analytics tools to measure campaign impact.
• Assist with marketing budget tracking activities.
• Support the promotion of events, launches and service offerings to increase visibility and attract potential customers.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and follow-up activities with internal teams and external suppliers where required.

You should have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences.
• The ability to write and adapt content for channels such as social media, email, websites and brochures while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• The ability to use basic design tools to create or adapt visual content when required.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and an eye for clear, engaging communication.
