Job Purpose
Manage all of Regional’s customer service mailings and maintain relationship with mail vendor. Track direct mail campaign, prepare print estimate requests and manage the print inventory, provide proofing support and manage 800 numbers. Provide backup support to the Marketing Managers and provide support to branch team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute all the company’s customer service mailings.
- Prepare instructions for mail/print vendor
- Review and approve audit files and PDFs
- Maintain necessary files for mailings
- Provide vendor with all necessary files for execution of mailings
- Upload files to vendors SFTP sites.
- Daily convenience check onboarding
- Place orders for print materials
- Maintaining print inventory and providing monthly accruals to Accounting
- Update direct mail campaigns via tracking software and update “destination reports”
- Managing the company’s 800 numbers
- Develop communication for the branches, when required
- Manage relationship with mail vendor
- Process Do Not Solicit requests
- Provide backup for proofing solicitation campaigns
- Field ad hoc requests and marketing related questions and concerns from the field, other home office departments and customer via email and phone
- Coordinate with the field and/or Treasury on any issues with convenience check processing
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
