  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules, monitor critical path activities, manage dependencies, and implement recovery plans when program performance deviates from plan.
  • Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, issue resolution activities, design review readiness, and stage-gate deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage supplier and manufacturing site engagement activities, including technical deliverables, acceptance criteria, installation readiness, validation planning, and deployment support.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, financial performance, resource utilization, risks, decisions, and portfolio progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Computer Science OR advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree requires 7+ years of program management, engineering, manufacturing operations, or technology deployment experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience developing program governance frameworks, operating mechanisms, integrated schedules, and executive reporting.
