PCI advances the use of precast concrete solutions through rigorous standards, plant certification, education, research, and market development, bringing together manufacturers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to drive innovation, quality, and resilient construction. Through its nationally recognized certification programs and extensive technical resources, PCI shapes the future of the built environment and strengthens the precast concrete industry's long-term growth. • Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing professional staff.
  • Strengthen relationships with members, chapters, affiliates, allied organizations, and industry partners.
  • Serve as the chief spokesperson and ambassador for PCI, cultivating strategic partnerships with industry organizations, government agencies, and academic institutions.
  • Advance member value through education, certification, research, advocacy, and market development initiatives.
  • Enhance PCI's reputation as the premier technical authority and trade association for the precast, prestressed concrete industry.
  • Anticipate industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to keep PCI and its members ahead of change.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of executive leadership experience with responsibility for organizational strategy, operations, finances, and staff management.
  • Experience in association management, trade associations, professional societies, or related membership-based organizations.
  • Proven success working with boards of directors, volunteer leadership, and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusiveness, and service.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing budgets, business operations, and organizational resources.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to present with credibility, lead by influence, and successfully navigate conflict and compromise.
  • Knowledge of construction, building materials, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.
