  • Track corrective actions through completion and verify effectiveness in the field.
  • Develop safety metrics and dashboards to identify trends, recurring hazards, and areas requiring management attention.
  • Partner with Facilities project managers and engineers to incorporate safety requirements into project planning, design, installation, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Provide safety guidance for equipment/tool installation and hookup activities, including mechanical, electrical, gas, utility, and other facility interfaces.
  • Support programs involving LOTO, energized work, confined space, fall protection, hot work, lifting/rigging, excavation, electrical safety, and emergency response.

  • Participate in daily/weekly safety meetings and provide technical safety guidance to management and project teams.
  • Develop lessons learned and preventive programs following incidents or recurring safety issues.
  • Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities.
  • Maintain safety documentation, inspection records, training records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate safety risks and recommendations clearly to Facilities leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and stop-work authority when unsafe conditions or practices are identified.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Facilities Services leadership.
