Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand UPS's market presence in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of UPS services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business and retain existing customers.
• Forecast sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics and achievements.
• Coach and mentor sales team members, providing guidance, support, and training to drive performance and professional development.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in international express, logistics, or supply chain industry
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts, with the ability to articulate UPS's value proposition to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team to drive results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
