Head of Retail Sales

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing beauty company, is seeking a Head of Retail Sales to lead their retail sales strategy and execution. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a scrappy, small-team environment and knows how to win at retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the retail sales strategy across key retail partners
• Drive revenue growth and manage key account relationships
• Lead sell-in and sell-through initiatives with retail partners
• Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership on go-to-market plans
• Build and mentor a lean, high-performing retail sales function

Requirements

• Sephora and Ulta experience required
• Senior Director-level experience leading retail sales
• Background in beauty, wellness, or hair strongly preferred
• Track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Comfortable operating in a scrappy, small-team setting

Compensation

$200,000 - $220,000 base salary
