Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

The Senior Finance Analyst, Orthopaedics Inventory Management will be part of the Orthopaedics WW Supply Chain Finance Organization. The role will work closely with a cross-platform team to deliver on our objectives in improving our competitiveness, while optimizing our Inventory effectiveness and further accelerating our growth & profitability.

We are looking for a data driven, high energy professional with the ability to go deep into analysis/insight and the ability to influence decisions and actions. The right candidate will have an independent perspective, high engagement, passion for new technologies and an execution focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to initiatives related to cost and Cash Flow optimization in the areas of Inventory Management with focus on Excess & Obsolete
- Partner with key regional and global collaborators to establish robust analytics and governance related to Inventory Management
- Enhance existing processes to drive insightful discussions with business Leaders and influence decisions
- Lead end to end the monthly/quarterly close process for Excess & Obsolete, including the calculation, documentation, analytics and presentation to Senior Leadership
- Own measurement of outcomes and overall health of the P&L in area of responsibility
- Own and foster relationships with Supply Chain teams and Commercial Finance to deliver all Finance requirements timely, ensuring data integrity and compliance with the Johnson & Johnson financial procedures
- Develop financial forecasting scenarios & ad hoc analytics to anticipate financial impacts
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting and US GAAP Financial Procedures is required
- An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment and influencing decision with data analytics
- Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx
- Effective communication skills including presentation skills
- Good knowledge of SAP and JDE
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to details
Other:
- Proficiency in English language is required
- 10% Domestic & International travel might be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000.00 - $151,800.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
