About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Assistant Bar Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel team in Milan, Italy!

 

What you will do

Reporting into the Wine & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for leading the Bar operation with passion and creativity; ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Bar team, working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the beverage menus, controlling costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control and cost control measures, observing and making recommendations for improvement of facilities and equipment where required, being highly visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

 

What you bring

A wealth of bar leadership experience in luxury hotels with a minimum of 2 years in the same position, be familiar with current beverage trends and ideally have exposure to international markets. We are looking for a special individual whom shares our passion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests. You should have a special talent and passion for focusing on the development of our team, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and have a highly creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to our bar experiences.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan.

This job includes flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. 

 

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
