Demand & Supply Planner Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner Assistant to help ensure the right products are available at the right time. In this role, you will combine planning expertise, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to maintain healthy inventory levels, strengthen supplier performance and support a reliable supply chain.

Your role and impact

You will be responsible for:

• Manage inventory levels in line with inventory and safety stock policies.

• Execute material planning through MRP, create and manage Purchase Orders, and ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor supplier capacity, delivery performance, MOQ, lead time, and other supply requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues, shortages, delays, returns, and claims.

• Maintain and review material planning parameters and master data in SAP and RELEX/M-APS.

• Monitor RELEX/M-APS replenishment recommendations and exceptions, and support system testing and process improvements.

• Analyze sales, forecast, inventory, and supplier data to identify risks and support planning decisions.

• Prepare regular reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.

• Prepare and verify import/export and customs clearance documents and coordinate with Shipping, Freight Forwarders, and related parties.

• Support projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and relevant SAP/RELEX system procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory, or related Supply Chain functions.

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with RELEX/M-APS or other planning systems is an advantage.

• Experience in Import/Export is preferred.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.

• Good command of written and spoken English and able to communicate with regional/Group teams and suppliers.

• Able to learn new systems quickly, work under pressure, and adapt to changes.
